DuraBrake likes to survey the industry about its performance and ways to improve as an ongoing commitment to continuous improvement. We recently sent out a survey to almost 2,000 WD’s and dealers asking which of five wheel-end companies they believed was best in customer service and which has the best availability. We received 110 responses that included a mix of DuraBrake customers and non-customers. DuraBrake had the highest number of votes for the company with the best customer service and the second number of votes for the best current availability.
As you have seen in our other articles, the current supply chain is quite disrupted,and at times, all of our inventory gets wiped out, and we don’t have inventory to supply. However, we do everything possible to support our customers and the industry. We strive always to answer the phone, give interchange assistance, track down hard-to-find parts, or give customers the next steps to try if we hit a dead end.
