Air disc brakes are steadily increasing in popularity in the heavy-duty industry and due to the high-temperatures, it’s relatively common to see component failures in the air disc brake caliper. Traditionally, most truck-owners try to buy rebuilt calipers or have them rebuilt with rebuild kits which include new seals, tappets, boots, guide pins and other parts. However, the cost of sending in cores and the labor to rebuild the caliper are costly, but still lower than the cost of a new OEM caliper. Thus, we have decided to supply the market with new OEM-equivalent calipers at a price less than a rebuilt caliper. The best part is you don’t have to track, manage, and ship back your old cores in order to get back your costly core deposits. Having been one of the first manufacturers of air disc brake rotors in the US aftermarket and having the largest line of air disc brake rotors in the US, we determined that developing an equivalent caliper to complement our brake pad and brake rotor lines just made sense.
Our FMVSS121 compliant air disc brake caliper offering replaces the Bendix ADB22X, ADB22X-V, ADB22X-LT, WABCO/ZF Pan 17, 19, 22 and Meritor EX225. If you are an axle manufacturer, trailer manufacturer, or are a warehouse distributor/dealer with customers that need rebuilt or new calipers, contact us with your needs and we’ll strive to have the calipers you want at an attractive price.
